How a truSculpt iD treatment works
truSculpt iD is non-invasive body sculpting technology that essentially melts away body fat in a single treatment.
A handpiece is placed on the treatment area, which transmits a radio frequency pulse that therapeutically heats the fat tissue in the subcutaneous fat layer. This technique is clinically proven to provide deep, uniform heating that permanently destroys the fat cells. The body then excretes the cells in the same manner it removes fat cells lost through exercise.
A truSculpt iD treatment takes 15 minutes and is suitable for all skin types. Treatment does not require pain medication or topical anesthetics, gels or cooling. truSculpt iD is designed to be relatively comfortable – while the treatment delivers energy in the form of heat, the sensation has been compared to that of a hot stone massage.

There may be mild discomfort initially as you adjust to the increase in temperature, however the level of heat is tolerable. In fact, our clients compare the treatment to a hot stone massage.
Because this procedure is non-invasive and suitable for all skin types, it is effective for the majority of people (other than pregnant or breastfeeding women).
There is no downtime after a truSculpt treatment – therefore, normal activities may be resumed directly after your procedure.
Typically 1 treatment is enough to produce fat reduction and skin tightening. Additional sessions will achieve progressive results.
Results are fully apparent approximately 12 weeks after treatment.
Yes – the treated fat cells are permanently destroyed and eliminated. It is important to be aware that you can still gain fat in the treated area if quality diet and exercise are not maintained.
